Using the website or services means you accept these terms. Where a separate agreement is signed with a client, the signed agreement prevails over these terms.
Our services
xtree provides businesses with websites, systems, marketing services and AI services, including digital assistants that message the business's customers on WhatsApp, on the business's behalf and according to its instructions.
WhatsApp digital assistants
The assistant acts on behalf of the business that engaged us. It collects details and documents, coordinates, sends reminders and relays messages between the business and its customers.
- The assistant does not give professional, legal, medical or engineering advice. Professional questions are passed to the professional at the business.
- The business is responsible for professional decisions, for content it approves, and for obtaining its customers' consent to receive messages from it.
- A customer messaging the assistant can ask at any time to speak with a person, or to stop receiving messages.
- Use of WhatsApp is also subject to the terms and policies of WhatsApp and Meta.
Data and privacy
We process data according to our privacy policy. Data of the business's customers received through the assistant is processed on behalf of the business and according to its instructions. Data deletion requests are handled as described on the data deletion page.
Prohibited use
Do not use the website or services for spam, deception, impersonation, security attacks, or anything unlawful or against WhatsApp and Meta policies. We may suspend a service used this way.
Intellectual property
Content, design and software on the website and in the services belong to xtree or their rights holders, except content a client provided to us, which remains the client's.
Liability
The services are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount paid to us for the relevant service in the 12 months before the event, and we are not liable for indirect damage.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will update the date at the top of this page. Ending a service for a business client follows the agreement signed with it.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Israeli law. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv district have exclusive jurisdiction.
